Welcome to the Project Plutus whitepaper.

In the fast-evolving landscape of Web3 and DeFi, the opportunity to create and capture value has never been greater. Yet the tools required to participate — bots, dashboards, scripts, DevOps — are still fragmented, intimidating, or downright inaccessible to most.

Project Plutus exists to fix that.
